Are Iranian doctors (educated in Iran - esp in Tehran University) considered among top ones in the World? I meant how is the standard of education in Medicine in Iran recognized in the World? Is it very high quality? Is it better to study medicine in Tehran University or in University College London (UCL)? Which one provides you with more knowledgeable and practical base for future career (e.g. medical genetics researcher) ?

If you plan to come to the US, you will have to pass tests and probably re-do a residency (even though in Iran you may have finished) So, you may be better served by finishing your medical education in the US if you intend to practice in the US.

I do not have information about the UK but I believe that the process would be similar.
