If someone were to down these medications with a full bottle of Smirnoff... medically, what should happen?

180 mg of dextroamphetamine (adderall xr), 10 pamprins, 10 tylenol, 4 excedrins and 8mg of risperidone (riperdol).

the pamprins, tylenol, excedrins, and risp would probably make the person very sick. They wouldn't kill someone, but would put them out of commission for a few days and could results in some permanent sickness like liver damage.

The alcohol would not react at all with the other medications, it would just make the person drunk if it's a big bottle - possibly making the person even more sick and complicating the nausea.

The adderall... I'm not sure how much narcotic is found in adderall, but 180 mg sounds like quite a bit and could be dangerous. However, it depends on the narcotic and all of that of course.

Not enough to kill a healthy person if they took it all at once, but possible could kill someone due to the complications of having multiple sicknesses at one time!

It would hurt like hell, for one - but if someone wanted to commit suicide it would be slow and risky way to get the job done.

Hopefully an MD can come on here and go into more detail.
