I don't know him and haven't worked with him, but did look him up for you. On his website, http://www.drscroggins.com/credentials.h... it appears that he has quite a bit of education. It does not say that he is board certified, which I find concerning. He also is not listed in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons website.

If you are considering using him, I'd call and ask about his board status. He has been out of training long enough that he ought to be certified by now.
