Is it correct to compel the chemist to accept the unused stocks of medicines into his stock?

The law of the land (Drugs Act and rules) says that the Chemist shall procure the drugs only from the licenced whole saler to stock and sell.

Is it good, safe and will the drugs be effective if we return the drugs and allow it to be sold to others.

Do we buy the drugs from our neighbourer if our medicine is available with them being a left over stock?
Answer:
To whom will you be returning the drugs?

The utter absence of quality control once the medications have been primariliy dispensed makes resale potentially dangerous. There is a direct line of accountability between manufacturer, wholesaler, and retail chemist that completely evaporates once the drug leaves the chemist's shop.
