Is it compulsory that external bleeding and internal take place in brain hemorrhage?

one of my friends sister murdered , post-mortem report says no external bleeding took place only internal bleeding caused coma and later death

Answer:
You do not have to have external bleeding. External bleeding is when blood has exited the body as some point. The brain is very fragile and can bleed or bruise very easily. That is why your skull is so hard. You can damage your brain without injuring your skull-closed head injury. It happens when the force is so great that your brain is bounced around inside your skull. The bleeding or swelling can damage thoise areas in the brain that control other parts of the body- lungs, heart, kidneys etc.
